KitchenAid Artisan 4.8 L Stand Mixer Quality Complaint

Hello, I'm going to express my regret for purchasing a product from a reputable brand like KitchenAid. I bought the KitchenAid Artisan 4.8 L Stand Mixer 5KSM175PS Contour Silver-ECU model from the authorized store in Ankara Kentpark with great excitement. The product emitted smoke and operated excessively loudly on its first use. When we consulted the service, they claimed that such issues were normal within the first 10 uses, attributing it to varnish burning and the possibility of odor and smoke. However, since the smell, smoke, and excessive noise persisted, we returned it to the store through which we sent it to the service. When the product returned from service, the paint on the top and bottom was scratched. When we contacted the service, they simply said, "It must have happened during shipping." Such a response was not fitting for the KitchenAid brand. Despite our frustration, we managed to use it. Even with short uses, it began to overheat, and a month later, the loud operation resumed. This time, I personally visited the service located in Gimat to prevent further scratches, explaining everything and expressing that the product was not normal. We mentioned that there are users around us who have been using similar products for years without encountering such problems and that we demanded a replacement. However, they claimed that maintenance had been performed, some gears had been replaced, and the noise was due to that. Despite paying a hefty price, our disappointment persisted. When we returned home and attempted to make a cake, the place was filled with odor and smoke. The smell of varnish made us wonder how much the machine had struggled, and it didn't touch every part of the dough, leaving lumps of flour in the cake batter. I took the product back to the store where I purchased it, reiterating that there was a problem with the machine and demanding a replacement. I'm tired of going back and forth, I'm fed up with the brand and the machine. They called today, saying, "There's no problem with the machine, we've adjusted the calibration. We're sending it back." I believe it's a completely superficial job. The product operates with an extreme metallic noise, the smell and smoke are frightening, and it touches 53 unknown points in the container. I've purchased a defective product, but I don't understand why KitchenAid refuses to acknowledge it. There are people around me who use the same product and are extremely satisfied. My request for a replacement continues. Thank you for your attention.
