Kia Rio 2013 Door Seal Melting Issue - Request For Replacement Support

For about a year, I have been experiencing a melting problem with the rear door seals of my 2013 Kia Rio. What started as a minor issue gradually worsened, and now when we touch the seals, our hands get stained black—they are literally melting and smearing. This is not something unique to my car; many Kia Rio owners have the same problem. It is impossible for rubber seals to melt and deteriorate in this way due to user error, and I believe this is entirely a material quality and manufacturing issue. Despite this, I see that users who previously applied for support received the same template responses, and the problem has not been acknowledged. It is already difficult to find original replacement seals, and this situation causes significant inconvenience for owners. A company that replaced the hydraulic electronic control unit fuses for 12-year-old vehicles through a recall should show the same sense of responsibility regarding this seal issue as well. I request that Kia recognize this widespread problem as a manufacturing defect, offer a solution to affected users, and provide reasonable, fair, and accessible options for repair or replacement of these parts.
