As a loyal customer of Kia, I recently encountered a disappointing situation when inquiring about spare part prices at your dealership. My car was involved in an accident, requiring some parts to be replaced. Contacting your spare parts department on two separate occasions a day apart for quotes, I was astonished to learn that the same parts were quoted at a significantly higher price on the first day compared to the second. When I questioned the reason for this difference, I was told that the parts would be sold to me at a higher price. To add to the surprise, the response was, "We know this part is needed by Arda Rent A Car, so we will sell it to you at a higher price." The reason given was a previous issue they had with us. Unfortunately, we have no information about what the problem was, and how a problem with us or other customers could affect the determined price list. As a customer, transparency, and fairness in pricing are important to me. It was disheartening to discover that the same parts were sold to someone else at a lower price than what I was quoted. I have always trusted the Kia brand, as evident in the ten Kia 2022-2023 model cars purchased and used within our company. However, this incident raised questions about the accuracy of your pricing policies. I would appreciate an explanation for this inconsistency and assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future. As a loyal customer, I expect fair and respectful treatment, and I hope this issue will be addressed promptly. In conclusion, I was disappointed with the experience of requesting a spare parts quote from the Kia dealership.
