I purchased my Kia vehicle brand new in 2024, and within less than a year, I have had to bring it to the service center 5 times for the same recurring issue. Today, I spoke with the service manager, Mr. K***. Instead of providing a solution, he only gave me technical details such as the exhaust needing to reach 600 degrees, and mentioned his 20 years of experience in the sector. He made it clear that they cannot help and ended the conversation without offering any resolution. Frankly, I do not understand what was discussed or what they were trying to explain to me. I am forced to bring a vehicle, which is not even a year old, to service 5 times for the same problem, but there is neither a responsible person nor a solution. This situation destroys my trust and satisfaction as a customer. Due to these persistent malfunctions and the ongoing lack of a solution, I would like to return the vehicle. I request that my problem is resolved as soon as possible and my grievances are addressed. As a customer, I am asking for your help in resolving my issue, because Turkish dealers and service staff are simply trying to cover up the problem and pushing me to sell the car to someone else. How can I sell a faulty vehicle to another person? Please assist me.
