Kia Misled Me With a %0 Interest Loan and Charged Hidden Fees for Picanto

We purchased a Kia Picanto, and Kia’s website advertises a 12-month loan with 0% interest. However, they do not provide any additional details, misleading consumers about the actual costs. For a ₺200,000 loan, the finance company charges ₺1,500 in fees, and an additional ₺5,000 is deducted. When I asked for a breakdown of these extra costs, I received vague and evasive answers. Not only does the company fail to provide clear information about its advertised campaign, but when I asked about it during their congratulatory call, they rudely told me to go ask the dealership, even raising their voice at me. I have never seen such poor management and lack of professionalism in my life. I will file a complaint against them.
