Kia Misleads Customers On Authorized Service Fees
There's a significant price disparity between Kia's recommended service fees on their website and the charges at authorized service centers in Turkey. Kia seems to be evading their responsibility by claiming that "Kia Authorized Service Centers are free to set their own maintenance prices." They are shirking accountability for this substantial price difference. When I reach out to customer service, they assert that they can't address this issue, which severely damages trust in the Kia brand. It's perplexing how a brand that claims to be customer-oriented and committed to customer loyalty permits such a considerable discrepancy between its service fees and its own website. Company statements should exhibit consistency. When I contacted Kia customer service, their response of "It's up to you, we don't have a solution" only deepened the perception that Kia's post-sales services are a disappointment for the customer. Kia needs to rectify the pricing misalignment between their authorized service centers and their website or update the prices they display. Customers should have a clear understanding of what to expect after a purchase.
