Stale Buns and Watery Drinks at KFC
My visit to the KFC branch at Cevahir Mall on Friday, July 21, 2023, left me unimpressed. KFC has always been my favorite brand due to its delicious taste, but it fell short this time. The drinks we ordered tasted like water, and the burger buns were incredibly stale. I even remember drinking a soda that had been in the fridge for a week and thinking it tasted better than what we had at KFC. Serving stale buns and watery beverages is not acceptable for a well-known brand such as KFC. I'd like to take this opportunity to suggest that they improve their French fries and make the packets of mayonnaise and ketchup easier to open. These small changes can make a big difference in the overall customer experience.
