As someone who regularly dines at KFC, I have always found their meals to be enjoyable. However, my most recent order did not meet my expectations. The chicken pieces from Galleria Mall were disappointingly tough and difficult to enjoy. I was quite disappointed with the size of the fries and the fact that my sauces were missing. In addition, all the items were delivered cold. Regardless of my daily language of requesting pepper mayo for the Zinger burger, it never fails to be served with spicy mayo. It's frustrating when my instructions are consistently overlooked, no matter how clear I make them. Although I have a strong affinity for this brand, my recent encounter indicates a decline in the typical standard of customer service.
