On August 31, 2023, I ordered a meal from KFC's Next Level branch in Ankara, and it quickly turned into a nightmarish experience. To my shock and disgust, I found a black plastic substance floating in my drink. I had already taken a few sips before discovering this unappetizing addition. Needless to say, this was not just a case of a wrong order; it posed a potential health hazard. I immediately reached out to KFC via Twitter to report the issue. They responded promptly, but their reaction left me astounded. They suggested that it might be a drink-filling apparatus and even joked about serving me dessert if I were to visit. This casual response to a serious health concern was not only disappointing but also concerning. As someone who used to enjoy KFC meals on a weekly basis, my trust has been shattered, and I regret to say that I won't be consuming their food again.
