KFC Turkey: Excessive Wait Time, Customer Service Fail


Using the KFC Turkey app, I successfully placed my order. I waited for longer than the allotted 45 minutes, and after the allotted 70 minutes had passed, I called the customer service number for KFC Turkey; what a terrible mistake that was. Even after spending an additional fifty minutes on the phone with them, none of their so-called "flavor representatives" were able to assist even other customers, let alone assist me. Kudos to you, KFC.
