I've placed orders on the KFC website multiple times, but unfortunately, they never arrived and I didn't receive any notification about it. Today, after enduring an agonizingly long wait of 1 hour and 40 minutes, I reached my breaking point and decided to give customer service a call. After waiting for what felt like forever, I was hit with the disappointing news that my order had been cancelled. When I inquired about the accuracy of my phone number, I was assured that it was indeed correct. However, my order was still cancelled without any attempt to contact me.
I'm so fed up with this complete lack of communication. I can't take a chance on ordering from somewhere else because there's a possibility that the order might actually show up. Do not use the KFC Piyalepaşa branch or any other branches' website or app for ordering. I've reached my limit. Please find attached the evidence of my order being cancelled.
