Hello there! I used the KFC app on my phone to place an order, and it was a nightmare. The site was very slow, and every time I thought I was done with my order, it sent me back to the start. Once I finally got my order in, it took more than an hour to get here. When I called the number on the website to find out how my order was going, I couldn't get through to customer service (444 3 555). Even though it was the same number, the automated response kept telling me that the number I dialed was not the same as the one used to place the order. I also never got a text message or email about my order, but my card was already charged. Even worse, my order never came, and I still can't get in touch with customer service or get a refund after 12 hours. I'm in school, and they took 238₺ from me. I will talk to the Consumer Rights Association about this.
