AJet and Turna.com Excessive Flight Change Fees

I purchased a round-trip flight ticket from AJet for the Elazığ–Ankara route through Turna.com for ₺3,500, scheduled for 22 October 2026 at 04:50. Later, I wanted to change the flight to 21 October 2026 at 17:15. Although I only requested a date change, both Turna.com and AJet quoted disproportionately high fees. Turna.com requested approximately ₺3,000, while AJet customer service quoted a difference of ₺1,950. These charges are excessive compared with the original ticket price. I also learned from customer service representatives that cancelling the entire ticket would result in a deduction of approximately ₺3,800. Considering that my flight was not cancelled and I only requested a date change, I find these charges unreasonable and unfair. I request that AJet, along with Turna.com as the intermediary, reduce the change fee to a reasonable amount, provide a clear written breakdown of all applicable charges, and resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
