I cannot believe how mediocre KFC Turkey has become. After placing an order using your most recent app version, I waited 40 minutes with my order status stuck at "Order Received," only to spend another 35 minutes waiting to speak with a customer service representative. Once connected, the representative stated that they would contact the restaurant.
After a 3-minute conversation with the restaurant, I was told that it closed at 9:59 PM, that my order was not processed due to a "system error," and that they could only record a complaint. When I inquired about the creation of the record, I was told that the response would come from central authorities. When I asked who would be in charge of the response, I was initially told it might not happen, but they later assured me that it would. I'm waiting for a clear response. After placing an order at 8:40 p.m., I've gained only 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting. Do I have to go hungry now? There is no genuine apology or action. I won't be visiting KFC in person either. You don't deserve any of my money.
