I placed an order through the KFC mobile app on June 17, 2023, at 3:00 PM. It was 4:40 PM, and my order had still not arrived. I checked the app, and to my surprise, it said the order had been delivered. Are you serious? How can you keep me waiting for hours and then mark it as delivered when it wasn't? I decided to cancel the order because I was frustrated by the lengthy wait. However, there was no order tracking feature, and no live support, and when I attempted to contact them via the "Contact Us" section, my messages were not delivered. I attempted to contact customer service but was unable to do so, and there was no option to cancel the order. Customer service directed me to the mobile app, which was ineffective. When I attempted to call the branch directly, no branch number was provided. This level of absurdity is unbelievable. Do you take any cues from your American branches? I'll make certain to escalate this issue to your company and express my frustration to them.
