I recently purchased a ₺150 menu from the KFC branch in Istanbul, Bahçelievler Yayla. However, the meat was so tough that I couldn't chew or tear it with my teeth. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they showed no concern and simply gave me blank stares. This is a major embarrassment for a leading company in the food industry. I urge food-selling companies to at least monitor each other internally. I have also reported the issue to the relevant authorities, and I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
