Hair in KFC Food (Wings) - Complaint Ignored

I ordered wings from the KFC Etimesgut Yesilova branch, and to my dismay, I discovered a cooked hair in one of the wings I consumed. How could something like this be missed in a corporate establishment of this caliber? Do the employees not wear hairnets? I have decided to never order from KFC again. I submitted a complaint through Yemeksepeti and asked for a refund. There was no response, no apology, and absolutely no follow-up made.
