I clicked on an advertisement for an app called Keto-GO. The ad initially showed a low fee of around $1; however, after confirming the transaction, much higher amounts were charged to my card. On January 13, within just a few minutes, multiple charges were made to my Garanti Bonus credit card without my permission: $32, $32, $26, $26, and $40—totaling close to $156.
There is a huge difference between the price shown in the advertisement and the amounts charged to my card. I did not receive any clear or upfront information from either the app or the bank about these charges. I am left not knowing what exactly I am dealing with, how to dispute these transactions, or how to get my money back, which has put me in a very difficult situation.
I request that all amounts charged to my card due to these transactions initiated by the Keto-GO app or related company be fully refunded. If any subscription has been created under my name, I also request that it be canceled immediately. Additionally, I ask Garanti Bank to investigate these transactions, provide me with detailed information, and help resolve my issue.
