Trendyol Lost My Kerastase Shampoo Order – No Clear Answer on Where It Is!

I ordered a Kerastase shampoo on Trendyol, and while the seller shipped it, Trendyol lost my package! When I contacted live support, they told me to wait six business days, but they have no idea where my order actually is. This is completely unacceptable! What if the shipping company swaps it with a fake product? I have no way of knowing, and Trendyol isn’t taking responsibility. I paid for an authentic product and expect to receive exactly what I ordered. I demand that they locate my package immediately and ensure that I receive the original, untampered product. Trendyol, fix this issue now! Customers shouldn’t have to worry about lost or potentially counterfeit items!
