I have been using Kerastase products for years, always purchasing from an authorized seller on Trendyol to ensure authenticity. This time, I ordered two products—a shampoo and a hair milk. However, when the package arrived, only the shampoo was inside. The hair milk, which I paid for, was missing.
I immediately contacted Trendyol support, but they wrongly claimed my order was delivered in full. That is simply not true! I even had a witness when I opened the package. These are not cheap products, so how can they take my money but not ship what I ordered?
