Kerastase Orders from Trendyol Keep Getting Returned – No Resolution
I placed three separate orders from the Kerastase store on Trendyol for two Resistance series shampoos and one hair serum on November 9, November 22, and December 14, 2024. However, all of them were returned due to the shipment being "frozen" during transit.
After experiencing this issue multiple times, I contacted Kerastase, but they insisted that the problem was not on their end. Yet, when I ordered again on January 26, 2025, my shampoo and serum order has still not arrived.
I took advantage of discounts and promotional coupons, but at this point, I strongly believe Trendyol is deliberately preventing me from receiving my orders. This situation has caused me financial loss. There is no way that so many products keep getting "lost" or "returned" due to shipping issues.
I demand a clear explanation and immediate resolution from both Trendyol and Kerastase. Fix this now! Has anyone else faced the same issue?
