The Kerastase shampoo and treatment oil products I purchased from Hepsiburada for $171 USD arrived broken, spilled, and damaged. The moment I opened the box, I saw that the products had leaked, were crushed, and were completely unusable. I also uploaded photos to the system as proof.
I immediately submitted a return request through Hepsiburada, but my request was rejected with the reason “packaging damaged/crushed.” However, this reason clearly proves that the products were already defective and damaged when they were sent to me, yet I was still treated unfairly as a consumer.
When I contacted the shipping company, they stated that the package did not have a “fragile” label, that the packaging was inadequate and careless, and that the damage was caused by the sender. Despite this, my return was not approved, and I suffered a loss of $171 USD.
My request from Hepsiburada is that my return for the defective products be accepted and that the $171 USD be refunded to me immediately.
