Kerastase Order Missing Item – No Response

On January 26, 2025, I placed an order for Kerastase products through Trendyol (Order #9955876404). My package was delivered on January 29, 2025, by Trendyol Express (Tracking #9175079060). The box appeared intact with no visible damage.
However, when I opened it, I discovered that one of my items—a hair conditioner—was missing. Despite the system showing that all products were shipped together, the conditioner was simply not in the box.
It is extremely concerning that a brand like Kerastase would send out an incomplete order. Even more frustrating, I immediately reported the issue, yet I have received no response.
Kerastase, fix this now! I expect an immediate resolution and the missing product to be sent to me. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I demand a proper response!
