Kerastase Resistance Triggered Hair Shedding

I purchased the Kerastase Resistance series through Boyner from a seller named “saçadair.” From the moment I started using the product for the second time, I experienced a significant increase in hair loss.

My order number is hsn2025000010463. After receiving the product, I called customer service and was told that I needed to submit a return request. However, since the 14-day period had already passed, the system no longer allows an exchange or return. I was also unable to reach the seller through their own contact number, and I have not been able to find any solution.

Because the product increased my hair loss and I received no support during the return process, I am requesting a refund. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved.
