I purchased Kerastase’s shampoo and conditioner, both marketed as effective solutions for hair loss, with high hopes. I used the products exactly as instructed and stayed consistent, expecting to see improvement. Instead, my hair loss became significantly worse. My hair is falling out more than ever, and it’s starting to seriously worry me.

For such an expensive and prestigious brand, this outcome is incredibly disappointing. There were no warnings on the packaging or product page suggesting that it might trigger increased shedding or adverse effects. I trusted the brand's reputation and feel completely let down.
