I was planning to buy Kerastase hair care products, but I wanted to use the first-time purchase gift code that was supposed to be sent to my account. This is a major issue with Kerastase’s website—it’s frustrating that they advertise a promotion but don’t actually provide the code. When I contacted customer service, they simply told me there was nothing they could do, which is completely unacceptable.
If you’re waiting for a discount code before purchasing, don’t waste your time—it looks like you’ll be waiting forever. Kerastase needs to fix this issue and honor their promotions properly!
