Trendyol Sent Only Hair Mask — Missing Kerastase Shampoo Complaint
I purchased a Kerastase shampoo and hair mask from Trendyol, and the seller was listed as Kerastase. I didn’t pay a small amount either, but when I opened my package, only the hair mask had been sent—there was no shampoo inside. When I reported this to Trendyol Assistant, I was told that a 5-business-day investigation would be conducted. I don’t understand what there is to “investigate” when the missing product was never shipped in the first place. I request a refund for the item that was not sent. My order number is 104422511894.
