Kerastase Hair Oil Delivered in Crushed Packaging, Promised Gift Not Sent

I placed an order on Trendyol for a Kerastase hair oil product. The item was delivered to Balıkesir about five days ago, but it arrived with the package crushed and handled very carelessly. In addition, the product description stated that a gift would be included, yet no gift was sent.

I repeatedly contacted the seller about these issues. Each time they told me that the gift had been shipped, but nothing has ever arrived. I am requesting that the missing gift be sent and that the damaged product be compensated. The careless packaging and failure to deliver what was promised have caused me significant inconvenience.

I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
