Keiki World App Charged Me $18 for a $0 Free Trial

I signed up for a weekly trial package on the Keiki World app. Even though the price for this trial was explicitly displayed in the app as $0, a charge of $18 was deducted from my account via the App Store on May 15, 2026.

I do not accept this charge, as no fee information was provided and the trial package was clearly stated to be free. I demand a full refund of the $18 collected for transaction order number MVB20XGLF8, which is clearly visible in my App Store purchase history.

I request that this situation caused by misleading pricing be resolved as soon as possible.
