Hailuo AI Free Trial Charged Me Without Clear Warning

I started a 3‑day free trial subscription with Hailuo AI on 15 June 2026. I was not informed that I would be charged, and without my clear awareness or consent a sum of 16,000 was withdrawn from my account for this subscription. The payment was made using the account of N*** U*** C*** via the email address ugonj***@gmail.com. I only noticed this 16,000 charge today, and as soon as I saw it I immediately cancelled the Hailuo AI subscription. I did not expect to be billed for what was presented as a free trial. I request that the 16,000 taken for this subscription be fully refunded to the original payment method linked to my account and that my account remain cancelled so that no further charges are made without my explicit consent.
