Hailuo AI Unauthorized Subscription,  Illegal Debit Of Funds

I registered for a free trial with Hailuo Ai and made sure to cancel the trial afterwards. Despite this cancellation, on 26th June I was debited for a paid plan that I did not authorize. The amount of 16,000 naira was taken from my debit card without my consent. After noticing this unauthorized charge, I contacted Hailuo Ai support and have been waiting for a response for about 42 hours, but I have not received any reply so far. This lack of feedback is very frustrating, especially as the charge was made after I had already cancelled the trial. I request an immediate full refund of the 16,000 naira that was debited from my debit card and confirmation that any paid subscription linked to my account is fully cancelled so that no further charges will be applied without my consent.
