On May 1, 2026, I was charged a total of 26.72 USD by Keiki World and Keiki Puzzle in a way I consider misleading and unauthorized. I initially agreed only to a 1.00 USD charge for Keiki World and later made a single purchase of 10.73 USD for what was presented as a specific product. After looking it over, I realized the product was not what I wanted and that the way it was advertised was misleading. During the subscription process, a service representative asked if I wanted Keiki Puzzle added to my bundle. At no point was I clearly informed that this would be an additional paid product with its own separate charge. I only became aware of this extra cost when the amount hit my bank account, after which I immediately cancelled and requested a refund. I then spent two days in communication with customer service, exchanging around 30 emails, mostly with a representative named Rose. At one point she appeared to offer a refund of 10.73 USD with an additional year of use, but instead of refunding, I was charged another 1.00 USD. I was later told both products were trials, even though I did not accept or intend to start any trial and only authorized a single specific purchase. I feel I have been drawn into a multi-layered product structure that was not made clear upfront and that this has resulted in charges I did not knowingly agree to. I request a full refund of the total 26.72 USD that has been taken from my account, the cancellation of all associated subscriptions, and the removal of any future charges. Once this is resolved, I will delete the apps and do not wish to use Keiki products again.
