I downloaded the Keiki application through the App Store to briefly test it for my child. After trying the app for a short period and deciding that I did not like it, I deleted the application without intentionally starting any subscription.
Despite this, I later discovered that approximately $13 per week had been charged to my account four separate times without my knowledge or approval, totaling around $53. Since I was certain that I had never knowingly started a subscription, I had no reason to regularly check for charges. I only noticed these repeated payments by coincidence while reviewing another subscription on my account.
I submitted a refund request through Apple regarding the issue, but no proper solution was provided. However, if the situation is reviewed carefully, it can clearly be seen that I did not actively use the application, did not benefit from its content, and did not intentionally subscribe to any paid plan.
I believe these charges were unfair and unauthorized, and I request a full refund of all amounts withdrawn from my account. I am also dissatisfied with both Apple and the Keiki application for the way this situation was handled and for the financial hardship caused during the process.
