Kcex Refused to Give Me My Reward From X Binding Event

I participated in the X binding event on the Kcex exchange. I didn’t violate any rules, yet this is the outcome. Just look at what they wrote to avoid giving the bonus: “Sorry, you did not pass the system risk control review, so the reward cannot be granted and the task status can no longer be changed. The details of our risk control rules are considered confidential and cannot be disclosed. Thank you for your understanding, and we invite you to participate in our other events.” I do not accept that my reward was canceled without providing any clear explanation.
