I signed up for the KCEX exchange because they promised a welcome bonus for new users. I verified my identity, followed all their steps, and started trading using the bonus they offered. Everything seemed fine—until I made a profit and tried to withdraw the funds. Suddenly, my account was blocked without any warning.
When I contacted support to find out what was going on, all they said was “You violated the rules,” without providing a single explanation or detail. It’s outrageous. They were more than happy to collect all my personal and identity documents when I signed up, but now they’re completely unhelpful when it comes to releasing the money I rightfully earned.
