Unable to Purchase Kaspersky Premium Total Security – Payment Errors
I attempted to purchase the Kaspersky Premium Total Security product through their official website, https://www.kaspersky.com.tr, using a virtual card for secure payment. Despite double-checking my card details multiple times, I kept receiving an error saying "invalid card information." To make matters worse, there’s no way to directly contact support for individual customers—there’s only a contact option for corporate users, and no email button for complaints. As a result, I’m unable to complete my purchase. Kaspersky, please address this issue and provide proper customer support for individual buyers like myself.
