Unable to Renew My Kaspersky Subscription or Update Payment Information

As my Kaspersky subscription was about to expire, I noticed that my registered credit card had also expired. When I attempted to make a payment and add a new card, the order status showed as canceled. For days, I’ve tried resolving this issue by emailing the help section multiple times, but I have yet to receive any response.

The account settings don’t show any options to add or delete a card, nor can I create a new order for the product. Kaspersky's automated message says my protection will continue for 14 days if I don’t renew, but with no support or resolution, I’m left with no choice but to stop using the service altogether.

Kaspersky, I need immediate assistance to renew my subscription and update my payment details. This lack of support is unacceptable.
