Kaspersky Premium VPN Fails to Activate on 10 Devices, No Support Provided

I was using Kaspersky VPN and was satisfied with its performance until I needed coverage for more devices. I purchased the Premium version, which is advertised to support up to 10 devices. However, the additional device limit was never activated on my account.

I’ve reached out to Kaspersky multiple times regarding this issue, but they have completely ignored my messages. Their lack of response is unacceptable, especially for a product marketed with a money-back guarantee. I even attempted to request a refund, but no one has responded to that either.

Kaspersky needs to either activate the full Premium features on my account as promised or process my refund immediately. Their failure to provide support is deeply disappointing.
