Kaspersky Antivirus Activation Error
I bought Kaspersky antivirus software from a well-known online retailer. Once I completed the necessary steps of registering the serial numbers on the Kaspersky website and successfully installing it on my computer, I proceeded to utilize its features for a period of time. Unfortunately, my computer encountered some problems, so I had to format it. Even after almost a year had gone by, the antivirus failed to activate when I reinstalled the software. After I reached out to Kaspersky customer service about the problem, they informed me that a part of the 3-PC software I purchased from the digital sales site was no longer valid due to being used on a single PC. They mentioned legal reasons and declined to activate my account. However, I did purchase this antivirus software.
