Kaspersky Prime Total Security Crashes and Freezes

I purchased Kaspersky Prime Total Security, but it’s been a frustrating experience from the start. After several attempts and back-and-forth messages with the seller and N11, I finally received the activation code. Initially, the software worked fine, but soon after, it started freezing and wouldn't update, leaving me completely unprotected. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the program, but now my computer keeps crashing during installation and shuts down on its own. In the end, I got fed up and removed Kaspersky entirely. Currently, I’m using a different program on a 30-day trial. I've been a loyal Kaspersky user for years, but this version is overly complicated and doesn’t function properly. I hope Kaspersky fixes these issues within the next month, or I’ll be forced to spend more money on a new solution. This is unacceptable, especially after paying for the product. I’ve reported the issues multiple times and urge Kaspersky to resolve them quickly.
