Karcher Vacuum Order Delays


I ordered a vacuum from karcher.com on April 26th. After a week with no shipping update, I became suspicious and attempted to contact the company. However, I was unable to reach them in any way. When calling their provided number, I was placed in a queue of about 30 people, but this number seemed inaccurate. After waiting for about an hour, the call was disconnected just as my turn came up. I want to get my money back, but there's no option to cancel on their website, and I can't reach them by phone or email. I reported the situation to my bank and filled out a form. It's now May 28th, and I've only been left frustrated and without a resolution.
