Karcher Customer Serice Not Responding to Any Questions or Complaints!

no idea what they are tying to do after selling me this but they haven't responded or given me any support for my new vacuum. It's been like almost three weeks since I bought it, and still have no clue when they're gonna ship my order. The most annoying thing is that there doesn't seem to be any way to reach out to anyone from Karcher to talk about my complaint. trying to reach their customer service, but no luck...not a single one. They haven't responded to my questions about the shipping schedule on their website. I feel like I'm totally in the dark, just waiting forever for my order to show up without any word from the company.truly, it's not a good look for their commitment to keeping customers happy.so not fair that I have to wait who knows how long to get my order. Gotta say, I'm not too happy with how Karcher's handling things. I hope they get on it quickly maybe to sort out my concerns and give me the info and help I need to trust their services.
