My Karcher SC 5 Order Delayed

I bought a Karcher SC 5 directly from the official Karcher website. Despite receiving an e-invoice via email, my order has yet to be shipped. It's been 20 days since I submitted a refund request. Getting in touch with customer service is a real challenge. Every time I patiently wait my turn, the phone lines suddenly disconnect. I have patiently waited for up to 3 hours. I've also sent emails, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response.

I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee through the e-Government portal.
