I bought the Karcher RCV3 robot vacuum in May 2024, and it worked perfectly for months. It created maps, divided rooms, followed app commands, and had great suction power. However, on August 20, 2024, I noticed a serious issue. The vacuum started going outside the mapped areas, repeatedly cleaning the same spots up to 4 times, and it began struggling to climb rugs that were never a problem before.
I reset it to factory settings and re-mapped my home, but the issues persisted. On August 26, 2024, I contacted Karcher Turkey’s service, and they told me it was a software issue. They said the manufacturer in Germany was developing a new update, which would be sent to all devices by August 28. My app and software are fully up to date, and the vacuum is charged, but today is August 31, 2024, and the problem remains unresolved.
I need urgent assistance to fix this issue. The vacuum has become unusable, and I’m hoping someone can help resolve this ongoing problem.
