On October 25, 2023, I purchased the Kärcher RCV3 Robot Vacuum at the Media Markt store. Despite considering another brand, I chose this brand and model based on the sales advisor's recommendation.
We inquired about obtaining support in case of service issues. The sales advisor who assisted us provided his own number, assuring us he could help if problems arose.
However, after the device update on November 16, 2023, I am unable to control the device through the application, change the language to Turkish, perform mapping, or give commands. When we contacted the sales advisor, he mentioned waiting for a new update.
Despite the passing days, there have been no improvements or updates. Therefore, I request a resolution for my concern and the return of the product.
