Karcher Pro HD 400 Stopped Working After 10 Minutes, No Support from Service

I purchased a Karcher Pro HD 400 pressure washer and used it only once. After just 10 minutes of use, the device stopped receiving power. I tried it in different houses to ensure it wasn’t an issue with my electrical setup, but the same problem persisted. I sent the product to an authorized service center, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve called customer service multiple times, but I’ve only gotten unhelpful and vague answers. I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of proper support for a product that failed so quickly. Karcher, I expect a solution and immediate assistance with either a repair or replacement!
