Karcher Did Not Return My HD 400 Pro Despite Completion

Hello, I sent my Karcher HD 400 Pro car washing machine to the Karcher service center on 20.05.2025. I’ve been calling the service center for several days, and although they say the servicing is complete, they still haven’t sent my product back. I even offered to pick it up myself if needed, but received no clear response. I work in the field of PPF (paint protection film) vehicle care, and all of my work has come to a standstill for days. Without the washing machine, I can’t carry out any of my tasks. I urgently request that my product be sent back to me without further delay.

Hello, On 20.05.2025, I sent my Karcher HD400 Pro washing machine to your service. Today is Tuesday, 24.06.2025, and my product still has not been sent back to me. The one-month legal period has passed, and no one from the service has called or checked in. I call every day, and your customer service does nothing except say they will forward it to the relevant department and that I will be called back during the day. Such a service approach does not suit a big company like Karcher.

For my product, I urgently request a written document stating that my product has not been delivered within 20 business days. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board and request a refund for my product.

As for Karcher, I will never buy it again, nor will I recommend it to my friends and family. Shame on you.
