On 20.05.2025, I sent my Karcher HD400 Pro washing machine to your service. Today is Tuesday, 24.06.2025, and my product still has not been sent back to me. The one-month legal period has passed, and no one from the service has called or checked in. I call every day, and your customer service does nothing except say they will forward it to the relevant department and that I will be called back during the day. Such a service approach does not suit a big company like Karcher.
For my product, I urgently request a written document stating that my product has not been delivered within 20 business days. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board and request a refund for my product.
As for Karcher, I will never buy it again, nor will I recommend it to my friends and family. Shame on you.
