My Karcher K3 Pressure Washer Motor Failed and Service Denied Warranty

I bought a K3 pressure washer four years ago, and despite using it only about 5 times a year—a total of 20 uses—the motor has already failed. This is completely unacceptable for a supposedly reliable German brand.
I sent the device to the service center on May 27, 2025. It took me two calls to customer service to finally get the service center to contact me, 15 days later! The service center then told me the motor needed replacing, and it would cost approximately ₺4,500. Let me repeat that: the repair cost is ₺4,500, while a brand new Karcher K3 only costs ₺3,800! This is insane.
I demanded that this obvious defect, in a machine used so little, be covered under warranty. The service center flat-out refused, only offering a measly 20% discount. I then insisted on speaking with customer relations and asked them to call me, but no one ever did, so I called them. I explained the situation, and they promised to look into it and get back to me.
But here's the kicker: I never heard back from customer service, and the service center, without waiting for my approval or performing any repair, shipped my faulty device back to me on June 23, 2025. I still haven't received any follow-up from customer service.
Ultimately, I bought this Karcher product trusting its brand reputation, only to have customer service and the repair department prove just how unreliable they are. Karcher, you need to honor your warranty and either repair or replace my K3 pressure washer at no cost, or provide a full refund. This blatant disregard for product quality and customer support is a disgrace!
