Kärcher Has Not Returned or Replaced My Steam Cleaners After 20 Business Days
On February 27, 2025, I sent two steam cleaning machines to Kärcher service center for repair. It has been over 20 business days since the products were received by the service center. I’ve called multiple times to get information about my products, but I haven’t received any response. I informed them that, by law, they are required to send replacements. However, there’s still no update regarding the product I sent in on 27.02.2025. The items I paid for are in their possession, and despite my repeated complaints, I’ve heard nothing back. All they’ve done this whole time is forward my issue to someone else without offering a solution, simply stalling instead of resolving the problem.

No response has been given, and my issue is still unresolved. The company shows no interest in handling complaints.
