Kärcher Failed to Repair My Steam Machine Hose After 50 Business Days of Waiting
I bought a Karcher steam machine, and within just 20 days, its hose melted and broke. I sent it to the warranty service,... and it's been 2 months now. We call the service every day; they initially said it would take 20 business days, but it's now been 50 business days with no updates or communication.
